Permits

  Indian River Farms Water Control District have three different permit requirements for connection or drainage, utility crossing of canals, and review for any project over one acre.

  All permits require forms with original signature and each page initialed for proof of an understanding of all terms and conditions. 

  Review and connections permit requires two (2) copies of site AND two (2) copies of drainage calculations.

Utility permit requires two (2) copies of construction or site plan.

Check payable to Indian River Farms Water Control District for the permit fee.

 On completion of installation of all culvert crossings an As-Built Certification form is required and must be signed by a Florida licensed mapper or surveyor.
